    About Teacher

    Shanthi Nadesalingam

Seven years ago, I found my breakthrough after several MAP (Make Anything Possible) sessions to release recurring emotional triggers of guilt, shame, fear, worry and anxiety. At that time, I was going through several traumatic experiences; a divorce after a ten-year relationship, nine months later I was laid-off from an eighteen-year career, and eight months later my mom passed away – all within a short period of time!

Broken at the very core of my being, I felt drained and lack of energy to carry out even the simplest day-to-day tasks. Lost my confidence and self-worth and most of all, my sense of security. I began to rebuild myself by creating a consistent practice of movement to create mind-body connection, used sound healing techniques for emotional clearing and well-being, meditation, and visualization to cultivate calmness and tranquility to be able to create a compelling future for myself with clarity and focus.

Apart from my personal practice, as a certified Yoga & Medicial Qigong instructor, I started teaching and eventually developed my own style of Ki-Yoga practices, a combination of the ancient wisdom of both Yoga and Qigong.

My consistent and persistent practice brought self-awareness to my alignment and stability; not only at the physical level, but at the very core of my being – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Stability is a multi-dimensional quality that impacts our entire structure – our physiology, our emotions, our thoughts, our behavior and our relationships!

As a Strategic Mindset Coach, over the last eight years I have coached many indiviudals in private and group sessions using the MAP Method (TM) of healing.  The MAP Method is based on nueroplaticistiy, where we can learn to neutralize intense, stressful situtations quickly and easily by providing simple instructions to our Higher Mind.
