When you sign up to become an instructor/teacher on the Teachingly platform, you agree to abide by these Instructor/Teacher Terms ("Terms").
As an instructor, you are responsible for all content that you submit and make available to Students on our Platform including course, resources, notes, bonus material and and external links, all of which is referred to as Submitted Content .
You authorise Teachingly to list your course on our online store where it is available for public to order and also to deliver your course to buyers through our platform.
We reserve the right to remove courses, suspend accounts, and/or ban instructors/teachers for any reason at any time, without prior notice, including in cases where:
Instructors/teachers don't have a direct contractual relationship with students other than that they are responsible for payment disputes with the students, so the only information you'll receive about students is what is provided to you through the Services. You agree that you will not use the data you receive for any purpose other than providing your services to those students on the Teachingly platform, and that you won't solicit additional personal data or store students' personal data outside the Teachingly platform.
Teachingly will not intervene legally in any anti-piracy/intellectual property rights claims by any third party about your account and courses. We will contact you to provide an explanation or remove the course or update the relevant contents if we are contacted by a third party in relation to a dispute regarding anti-piracy or intellectual copy rights. Your account may be suspended until a resolution has reached and Teachingly will not be responsible for any financial loss due to non sales of any courses sold under that account.
Teachingly is not involved or recommend any pricing and discounts for your course. We may set a minimum and/or maximum price control.
Teachingly is not involved in financial transaction between Instructor/teacher and student. You are responsible for your own taxation on any earning made through selling courses on the Teachingly platform.
An instructor/teacher pays Teachingly to use our platform to sell and deliver his/her course. Student directly pays an instructors/teacher to order their course on our platform via payment method added by the instructor/teacher to their account. Teachingly does not charge Student and is not involved in the transaction when a Student orders a course form the instructor/teacher. Teachingly will not intervene in any dispute between an instructor/teacher and the student regarding payment issues and all such disputes should be resolved between them without our involvement.
You acknowledge and agree that students have the right to receive a refund from you according to your refund policy as listed on your course information page.
You also acknowledge and agree that you as a instructor/teacher have the right to receive a refund from Teachingly according to our refund policy as listed on our sales channels.

You understand that if students have previously enrolled in your courses, your name and that Submitted Content will remain accessible to those students after your account is deleted.
From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and Teachingly reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change.
Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
Any version of these Terms in a language other than English is not available and you understand and agree that the English language will control if there is any conflict.
You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between us.
